The prices given are per person/day. The price does not include the local tax of € 2.70, which is charged per day and person (from 14 years of age).

Supplements
- Final cleaning: between €55 and €90 (depending on apartment size)
- Pets : Dogs are allowed in summer upon request. We charge €45 additional final cleaning costs, excluding meals.
Deposit
To finalise your reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of €350 to €500 by bank transfer – depending on the apartment you have chosen. The remaining amount can be paid in cash on site.
Cancellation policy
Something can always come up, so please let us know in good time. Our recommendation: Please also take out travel cancellation insurance. Otherwise, in the event of cancellation, the deposit paid will be retained. Days booked in writing will be charged for later arrivals or earlier departures in accordance with European guidelines.
Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 3 pm
Check-out: by 9 am
Parking
You can park for free in our car park. In winter you come directly to the house via a tunnel under the ski slope. If your car doesn’t have all-wheel drive, it’s better to bring snow chains with you in winter.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all apartments.
